Vintage Coppercraft Guild Copper, Brass & Glass Ashtray Trinket Dish

This vintage Coppercraft Guild ashtray boasts a beautiful design, combining hammered copper, brass, and glass to create a stunning piece.  Made in Taunton, Massachusetts, this piece is a perfect addition to any decor and is a great example of the company's "Gifts of Distinction"  that were sold throughout the mid-century. Its intricate details and handcrafted construction make it a true work of art. Ideal for use as a decorative piece, this ashtray can also be repurposed as a trinket dish for small items such as jewelry or loose change. The copper piece has an unusual crimped edge and a brass filagree "handle" and measures approximately 4-1/4" wide by 5-3/4" long. The 3-1/2" diameter glass insert can be removed easily for cleaning.
