Vintage Converse Dress

Elegant style dress with pretty ruffle design around the hem and neckline. Empire waste design and comes with a matching string to use as a removable belt. There is some discoloration around the very top of the back. You can see it however it is faint. Longer hair would cover it. Has a zipper on the side to get it on.
