Vintage Concept Black/Grey Asymmetric Hem Tunic Top Size L

This tunic top was an impulse buy at a boutique on a trip to Florida, and my friend said it looked great on me! When I got home and thought I would wear it, I discovered that best friends don't always tell you the truth, so I've never worn it. It is size L. I could not find the fabric content and care tags anywhere on it. But other similar Vintage Concept tops are of polyester and acylic. Please note that the care instruction tag is not on this top either, but instructions from a very similar Vintage Concept tunic call for hand washing and laying flat to dry. Given the sequins and loose open weave it would definitely need to be hand washed. There is an underslip that comes almost to the bottom hem.
