Vintage Compositions brand blue dress w/pockets

Super cute sheath style dress with center pleats on top in the front. Button up back and stretchable waist. This dress might have had a tied belt at some point as their are loops for a belt, but when I bought it-it never had a belt It’s super comfy and is great paired with a white cardigan. Fits like a US size 6 Back collar to waist (down the center): 16” Waist to skirt hem (down the center): 25” Waist flat (unstretched): 12.5” Pit to pit flat: 16.5”
