Vintage Collectible Paris Spoon

Vintage collectible Paris spoon Roughly 5 in. Fun and collectible vintage spoon from Paris, France. It's in a silver tone metal with art nouveau style engraving on the handle, and a knight's helmet on the top. It has a small crest in white, brown, and blue with a depiction of the Eiffel Tower, and says Paris at the top. There is some rust-like discoloration in the bowl of the spoon. Please see photos.
