Amazing cocktail dress, true vintage from the 1980’s! True wrap dress with snap front closure. The belt is attached and wrapped around the body. Bold floral print silky fabric with a bright cobalt blue base! Long sleeves that button at the wrist. Good vintage condition- some of the cobalt blue has slighted faded is some areas due to age. Not highly visible.
