Base width is 4 inches, zipper to base is 11 inches. Width at bottom is15 inches and 13 at top. There are two handles. The leather one is 11 inches and the detachable chord strap can be shortened to 17 inches and lengthened to 41 inches. So the bag can be carried by the short handle, or used as a shoulder bag and used as a cross body bag. I hope this helps.
