Has an awesome distressed leather look to it but the leather is very much intact. Zippers are very sturdy. This was my work bag for a couple of months and definitely a work horse of a bag. Theres some stitching that popped at the top of both handles as shown that can be easily fixed. Has OG Luttmann's Luggage sticker where it was first purchased in Princeton, NJ (permanently closed in 2005)🫶 Very well made heavy duty structured bag.
