Vintage Coach Berkeley Convertible Backpack in Red 1996

Style Name: Berkeley Convertible Backpack Creed #: F6C-9016 Circa June, 1996 Made in USA Original hang tag included This convertible bag from the Berkeley line blends versatility with subtle character. It can be worn as a backpack with double straps or adjusted to function as a crossbody or shoulder bag, thanks to a single strap with two sets of holes. Details include an exterior zip pocket, an interior zip pocket, expandable sides with button closures, a magnetic flap, and a top handle for easy carrying. The leather has been tumbled to create a soft, textured feel on one side and a smooth, top grain finish on the other — a signature of the Berkeley collection. Nearly 30 years old, this bag remains in excellent condition. Signs of age include a rich patina and some darkening along the bottom edges, top handle, straps, and over the magnetic closure on the flap. The interior has a few pen marks, and the hardware shows light wear — all in keeping with its age and gentle use. This bag has been RESTORED by me for you!
