This is a Vintage Coach 90s USA C7C9991 Lunch Box Zip Crossbody in Light Blue Leather. With a rectangular shape and a medium size, this bag features a zip closure and a gold hardware finish. It has a light blue leather exterior and detachable strap. The hang tag is missing and the leather pull for the zipper came off but is in the bag. No piping or structural issues. This is a project bag that needs love and plenty of conditioning. Verified in CC (FB group).
