His clothing is clothtique style, and his face feels like a plastic type material. He's holding a sack with a present and Christmas tree inside. I do not know if this is made by Possible Dreams, but it is clothtique and it is made in Taiwan. There are no markings on him that indicates his brand or manufacturer.
