Vintage Cloche Bubble Bucket Hat Velvet Band with ribbon bow, Satin Top in Red and Black swirl pattern Union Made label along with Individually Tailored by Fisk Chicago label Lined with thin black material. Approximate measurements: 6.5-6.75” across inside and 5” tall from top of brim The brim has a tendancy to turn up; I honestly do not know if it is designed to be worn turned up or if it stays down when pulled tight on the head. Nice pre-owned condition.
