Warning on botton; Federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle. Liquor sales sold in the U.S. between 1935 and Dec 1, 1965, had this warning. Meant to prevent illegal refilling by bootleggers. Fun remant from the Probition Era. Approximately 10" tall with topper. Topper has a cork wrapper still in good condition. 3.5" wide. In expected condition for age. There are no glaring imperfections.
