Vintage 90s classic elements 100% cotton denim jeans skirt with button front. The buttons are fully functioning and are a rubbed brass color. Front plates at the waist with hip pockets. Belt loops. The back of the waist is elastic for a comfortable fit. The tag size is 14 but that is vintage sizing so please note measurements to ensure the proper fit for you. Laying flat measures 13 inches straight across, stretching to 16 inches without much resistance. The skirt measures 31.5 inches long.
