Vintage Clancy Jrs. Halter-Top Bandana Dress

This piece is about as vintage as you can get! It has had alterations done and truly is a one of a kind find! It is 17” from armpit to armpit, 13.5” across the waist, 13” zipper up the center of the back, 33” from the waist to the bottom of the dress. There isn’t a care/fabric content tag; only the makers label. The inner bust is lined and the outer dress appears to be 100% Cotton and the bottom looks like tulle.
