I have not cleaned the patina off this unsigned vintage pin. Some people leave it on. If you want it cleaned, let me know after purchase and I will clean it before shipping. Vintage jewelry: all vintage jewelry is subject to some tarnishing, discoloration, patina. I don't do a lot of cleaning to the vintage pieces I sell because most people prefer the aged look. Once you remove that, it takes years to get that look again. Also, vintage pieces are likely to have minor scratches from being used and bumping up against other items in jewelry boxes.
