Ciara Dusting Powder - Vintage 1960’s I’m almost certain. Please do 👉🏼note this is Empty! 🫶🏻 Creamy White in Color with Ciara Lady’s Beautiful Silhouette. I believe the outside silver band may polish up more with appropriate cleansing ingredients. Has minor wear, so tried taking different angles in pictures. Would make a unique candy box❣️
