Vintage Christian Dior Nightgown Size Large Pink Silky Lacy Lingerie —some Flaws

This is absolutely gorgeous with lovely lacy details and a flattering square cut neck. Silky feel with generous cut. No size label but my guess is a large—check measurements. However, there are multiple pulls, a small burgeoning hole in one shoulder, and a loose seam. Please see pictures.
