blit21 @c_jeppsen Good morning Catherine, yes this is a size 12, for a preteen girl. This dress is more like a romper, meant to be shorter. The straps just tie around the back to ensure perfect fit. I also have a much longer dress that is the same brand. I will share that to your closet. I can do buy one get one free as I really would like to purge my closet because we are getting ready to move.
