Vintage Chinese Abacus from China in Use Pre-1970 Wooden 15 Post 105 Beads

This old Chinese abacus was purchased from a merchant in the 1970s by a photographer on assignment. So the item was old and in use at the time, it has a lovely patina with metal braces at corners, 105 beads on 14 post. 2 post appear to be replaced with metal rods. We think the frame is made of oak. All wood except the 2 metal post and corner braces. Measures: 15" long by 6.25" high. No issues except the patina from years of use. Sale supports Vermont's PuppeTree.
