Vintage China 1944 Silk Hankie ~ WWII Era ~ Military Sweetheart Souvenir Handcrafted silk hankie embroidered with flowers and China 1944. An example of a "sweetheart" kind of item soldiers and sailors would send home to a loved one. NOTE: There is some spotting along the embroidered image (can be seen in pics and last pic is enlarged). Not certain if this is staining or if something left spots during storage, I have not tried to address it.
