Vintage Chilong Handles Chinese French UK Wall Pocket Vase 8.5" high

The vase was apparently made in China, believably for a company or someone in UK or France, then believably imported or brought here.  It has a matte finish and is  decorated in bright colours of rust, cobalt blue, green, gold, grey, tan, and a little pink, and inantique style with young women in afurnished pavilion, a simulated woodstand at the base, the neck with lotuspanels and stylised pierced chilong handles.  It stands 8.375 high x 4 inches wide x 1.75 deep.  Last photo shows vase in natural sunlight.
