Vintage Child’s Suede Fringed skirt or poncho

This vintage child’s cosplay cowboy skirt or fringed poncho is 100% suede. It is in vintage condition and shows some light stains and wear. No rips or tears noted. It’s adjustable at the neck or waist with a suede lace. The top opening is approximately 11 inches laid flat. It is approximately 12 inches long. Made in the 1950s or 1960s. Genuine suede, handmade.
