Vintage Child’s Hat Ear Flaps Winter Holiday Red Green Plaid Wool Velvet

This children's hat with velvet ear flaps and velvet ties is just adorable! It has a brim that can be flipped up to showcase the ear flaps or flipped down to showcase the green velvet trim. It does not have any tags, so I do not know the maker nor the fiber content, but it fees like it is made of wool or some kind of wool blend. The outer fabric is a bright red, green, white, and blue plaid with a forest green velvet trim. The velvet is on the ear flaps, the ties, and on the crown (top) button. The inside of the hat appears to be made of a maroon polyester fabric with a green grosgrain ribbon trim. The maroon fabric inside is faded and shows signs of wear.
