Vintage Chicago Roller Skates Kids

This is a pair of kids roller skates. They are by Chicago. They are kinda fancy and made more for skating rinks. The wheels look like they have little use and all roll well with the old bearings. There is bumps and bruises on them and the laces are replacements (and not matching). The bushings have been cranked down and one bottom one is cracked. The toe bumper on the left shoe is a bit loose. They are marked as size 4 and the sole is about 9 inches long on the outside.
