This blouse is beautiful It is a vintage Charlotte VanHorne Blouse Beaded Collar and look at the detail Pearl like buttons Pink in color Size 12 condition is good to be vintage. THERE ARE A FEW LIGHT DASHES MID CENTER THAT I DID NOT SEE UNTIL I LISTED. It is hard to see. Very light. Not sure if it is the material or what. Please look in the last pic.
