Vintage Charlotte Corday flutter skirt, size 4

Incredible vintage skirt in white, bright blue and pink, peacock feather print with sheer, dotted alternating panels in the fluttery pleats. This skirt looks absolutely amazing with a bodycon shirt or bodysuit. The way it moves when you walk is unrivaled -- total head-turner. I mean, talk about making an entrance! This is a rare find. There are two flaws: small areas at two seams where stitching has come out. Easily fixed by a tailor or seams person or someone simply handy with a needle and thread.
