Vintage Charles Cooper 60’s seafoam dress

Beautiful silk vintage 60s cocktail dress with that wing sleeve and neck and sleeve beating in pearls and silver beads and rhinestones. There is some staining on the lining and a couple of small marks here and there the dress could definitely use the dry cleaners but all in all it’s in great condition for its age. there is also a tiny hole on the back near the sleeve. I cannot find any sizing the mannequin is a size 2, length 36” bust laying flat 18”
