@e_ilyas correct, they are not adjustable but the slingback does have some give because there is an elastic piece

@e_ilyas I added a photo of the length of the footbed. It’s 9.25” long. If you compare this to a pair of your own shoes that fit snug, that should tell you if the strap will work for you.
