What is the minor misshapen at heel cap? Can you explain or post a picture? And does this interfere with the function of the shoe? Thanks

@mizgina Hello, I’ve added more pictures. The heel was like that when I purchased the pumps. It doesn’t interfere with wearing them / does not feel funny but a heel cap replacement is what was recommended!
