sealthedeal4u Hi is the logo plate & the round beads silver or gold? Also is the material a suede like material? N do they run true to size or a half size smaller? Can you also take a pic showing the serial number? Do they come with the box & dust bags?

adrianabakali @sealthedeal4u Hi, thank you for your interest in this beautiful shoes! The material is suede-like, and the logo and beads are silver. I don’t see a serial number written on the shoe, but the item number I found online is 19361719. Also it is true to size, but the front has adjustable buttons to adjust to narrow or wide feet, and it can be made tighter or more loose. We do not have a box, but we can provide an authentic Chanel dust bag 😊

sealthedeal4u @adrianabakali ok great. I know that most of her shoes run a 1/2 size smaller than US shoes. So do you wear a size 7 1/2 or are you a true size 8? I have a pair of Chanel mule slide ins, but they are a size 39 up under the bottom of the shoes, which fits me perfectly. What size are those up under the bottom? Also do you personally have narrow or wide feet & are the shoes comfortable to walk in having a hard wooden bottom?

adrianabakali @sealthedeal4u yes they are a size 38, and they were my aunt’s who is a true to size 8 in all of her shoes & they fit her perfectly.. however I am the one modeling these shoes in the last two pictures and I am a 7.5, but as you can see there is slight room in the back of the shoe... for this reason I would say that it fits both 7.5 and 8 since the front is adjustable and can be made more loose or more tight. Hope that helped!

adrianabakali @sealthedeal4u also they are actually quite comfortable although they are wooden clogs, since they have soft padding on the insoles and on the bottom of the shoe which give a softer step

adrianabakali @jenniferventimi hello, thank you for your interest! I’m the model in the last two pictures and I am typically a 7.5 but sometimes fit into a size 8. These shoes fit me well as you can see in the images, but there is slight room left in the back so it’s not a tight fit it’s slightly loose. What’s great about the shoe though is that the front is adjustable to be fit to both narrow and wide feet! 😊
