Vintage Chanel 1960s Multi-Strand Necklace w/Pink Glass Beads by Robert Goossens

Absolutely stunning and huge vintage multi-strand necklace by Robert Goossens for Chanel from the 1960s. Beautiful light pink French glass beads and gilt filigree strung with chains of graduating lengths, and finished with a hook clasp and extender chain. The length ranges between about 28 and about 45 inches or so at its different lengths including the extender chain. Unsigned, from the period in which Coco Chanel was still alive and Chanel did not yet mark all of their jewelry. I have had it professionally authenticated and will pass the certificate of authenticity on to the buyer, and then of course anything over $500 goes through Poshmark authentication as well. A version of this necklace with fewer strands and faux pearls instead of pink glass beads appeared in the Gabrielle Chanel Fashion Manifesto Exhibit at the Victoria & Albert Museum.
