Vintage Chambray Rainbow Embroidered Maxi Skirt

This Sunny Lady vintage maxi skirt is in good condition. It is pull on style, but the waist is not really elastic; it does not stretch. The elastic may have given out. Please, check the waist measurement for fit. The tag says size 32, but the skirt runs a lot bigger than that. It measures approximately 20” laying flat (see picture). It would possibly fit a 2X or 3X. This is such a cute skirt! The cool blue chambray goes perfectly with the multi colored embroidery around the bottom.
