Astra is not a common signature, but was a mark associated with the Joseph Wiesner company. Apparently the name Astra shows up in accessories show brochures at the McAlpin Hotel in NYC. Very good vintage condition with only 1 slightly yellowed stone in the front.Lovely and dare I say, a splendidly unique piece to add to your collection.
