Vintage, ceramic stein featuring an embossed 3-d hunt scene with boar and stag images across the body of the piece with a fox-shaped handle. All highly detailed and finished in a glossy glaze. The words "Die grune heid deh jagers freud" are written along the base, essentially "The green meadow, the hunter's joy". This piece was made in Japan and does not come with a lid. In good, vintage condition, no chips or cracks that I can find, but there is some crazing on the piece. A nice display piece or for personal use.
