Lovely vintage hand painted ceramic cameo wall plaque by Betty Celminson of Cleminson's Pottery, California circa 1940s. Features victorian style raised relief side profile cameo of woman wearing yellow and pink ribbons in her chocolate brown hair. Glazed oval dish is trimmed in green, brown with back hallmark stamp and antique lace for hanging. Pre-owned vintage condition with small hard to see chip on outer edge.
