Vintage Celluloid Mask Face Rag Doll, made in England, 16 1/2" tall. Wite and pink braids with pink ribbon at ends. Cotton dress with 2 snaps in the back. Jointed legs, one with exposed wire, and other is torn. Because of this, some of the stuffing will come out. Hips are covered with bubble wrap, which is how they were received. Other than joint damage, she is in EC.
