Vintage Cellini Collection Men’s Sport Jacket

Very nice men’s suit jacket, solid black. Has one blemish on left sleeve, see photo. Not sure if it can be cleaned. Two inside pockets, all outer pockets are just decorative. No size tags, but see measurements. Length 33.5 Chest 17 My 6’3” husband can get it on, but the sleeves are a bit short and its a bit too tight across the front for reference.
