Across waistband laying flat 15” Across hip laying flat 20” Waist to hem 31.5” Size says 13/14 but I’d guess more like a size 8. Please see measurements, no stretch. Leather is stiff but not dry leather stiff Garment has lining MIDI length Snap and zipper back closure No pockets Pencil skirt style 'V' design in stitching on front (see pics for design details) 8” slit at back hem Very minor flaws that are not noticeable (see pics) Great vintage condition!
