Vintage Cast Iron Check Receipt Spindle

Sturdy piece, cast iron, has plenty of ware to it and is mainly a pea green coating that’s been rubbed off over the years. Wonderful patina. Spindle screws into place and is removable. There are no makers mark on the piece, just the stamped design on the six sides of the base. It’s about 7 inches tall, the base is about 2.75 inches. Doesn’t weigh more than half a pound. Use for mail, checks, receipts, ideas.
