Vintage Cartoon Boy Scout Pillow Dog Mice “Habby” Snoopy Peanuts?

This is a very cute and very old pillow with a drawing of a dog dressed as a Boy Scout drinking juice, accompanied by three little orange mice. It says “Boy Scout”. The tag has faded completely. It has the look of a Peanuts Snoopy cartoon, but not quite. It seems older than 1974, when Snoopy as a Boy Scout was introduced. There are mice instead of birds, and the dog looks slightly different. He’s wearing a hat that says “Habby.” I have done some research and can’t find any characters named that. So it’s a bit of an intriguing mystery! It is in decent shape, the pillow is lumpy, there are some light stains on the case (one side more than the other). It has the same picture on both sides. Green piping on edges, zip on bottom to remove pillow and wash. 21” x 9” x 4.5”
