Vintage Carole Little Summer Dress Size 4 Blue. Blue floral print dress with Elasticized drop waist with side hip ties. Pullover dress. Skirt is full and flowy and just below the knee. Tags read "Carole Little Dresses- made in USA - fabric from Germany- 100% rayon- gauze dry clean only size 4. Condition is excellent with the exception of the right hand tie which is miss some beads. Please see pic number 10. Features cap sleeves, elasticized drop waste, side/front beaded ties, and lower bottom skirt pleated.
