Vintage Carol Anderson Collection Tie Waist Red Petite Long Sleeve Blouse

This 1990's blouse is so pretty and in a beautiful red. There is no size tag except to say it is a Petite. I have included lay flat measurements and compared them to other Carol Anderson blouses with measurements on Poshmark. I believe this is a small Petite and because it is a tie waist there is even more room to work with. Please be sure to use the measurements and let me know if you have any other questions. The lay flat measurements are shoulder to shoulder 17", sleeve 23", chest 16 - 19" depending on how tight it is tied, back waist with relaxed elastic 14" and front waist is 14"+ depending on how tight it is ties. The length is 30". Another treat with Vintage is that this comes with removable should pads. This blouse is in very good condition with no stains or rips.
