NIB Care Bears Baby Tugs Interactive Plush. This plush is from 2004 and includes a VHS Tape. He’s supposed to talk when is hand is pressed but it is currently not working. It may just need new batteries but I cannot test it without opening it and removing it from its packaging. There is minor wear and damage to the box.
