I’m pretty sure this skirt would fit a smaller size based on measurements. Waistband is stretched out as you can see in last picture. Skirt can still be worn as is. Color is so rich and beautiful. Overall great pre-owned condition. Slot on the back. Measurements were taken flat without stretching out. Can be stretched out a bit more if needed.
