Vintage Cachet by Bari Protas Women’s Black Velvet Dress Timeless classic dress perfect for the holidays or any special occasion. Pre-owned in excellent condition. Dress is fully lined. Beautiful buttons on the top of the shoulder and sleeves. It has a long zipper in the back with hook eye closure. Slit at bottom back of dress.
