Lined and includes cups. Size on tag: 4 Measurements (approximate): Shoulder: Chest: 13.5” (hard to measure across with cups) Waist: 13” Hips: 16” Length: 34” NOTE: This is a preloved dress with FLAW - please see the three small holes on the inside lining on the chest. Chest has some minor pilling.
