Vintage CRAM'S Imperial World Globe-Metal Base/Axis Ruler-Sundial-USSR-1980's?

The globe itself measures 18" from top to bottom. From the base to the top it measures 16" because the globe is at an angle. I'm not sure of the date this globe was manufactured but it still has Russia as the USSR-Union Of Soviet Socialist Republics. It is in remarkable condition for it's age. The base has a bit of surface rust but it is not rusted out and could easily be painted if it bothers you. There are a few small places where it appears the color has been rubbed away but they are not too noticeable. I have included photos above. There is a legend on this globe and a chart showing the sun's declination for each month. The axis is a heavier metal and does not not show any rust or paint loss. Lovely accent piece or could be used for educational purpose. Smoke free home.
