When I cleaned the hooks on this strap brass cleaner shined them up so I think the hooks are brass. The hangtag is 2 sided and not 1 sided like coach vintage leatherware 🔥 Made in the United States. coach no. 0046-302 This became style no 9928 and retailed for $234 in vintage catalog. 11” x 8.5” x 5” It’s clean with minimal wear and a nice bag.
