It is similar to the rare 9023 Winnie which was made for only one year - 1997. Identical to the Regina 9983 - except for the strap. The 9983 was a bestseller for Coach and has a thin corded strap that is not adjustable. The 9985 comes with a wider strap that is adjustable. In fact, the strap is the exact same style as the Winnie! Love the cute top handle that looks great with a silky twilly wrapped around it. Beautiful, creamy off-white Bone goes with everything! Freshly cleaned and conditioned.
